What is your trade-in policy?
We love to bring life to computers, to continue that life we offer trade-ins to allow you the customer to receive a discount for continuing the life of your computer.
Note: The process can be before or after the purchase of a computer.
Our policy in short is you will ship your trade-in to us (pre-paid shipping label). We will then look over the computer and value it based on condition. once we get it we can offer a final value. (it may not be what we say at first but that is due to not knowing the condition of parts or the pc) Then you can either save that credit for a 2nd purchase or wait to purchase the computer you are interested in to use the credit on that PC.
Can I upgrade a computer if it doesn't have the options on the site?
Yes, you can request part upgrades on computers that don't have upgrade options.
Note: The item will take longer to ship due to upgrades.

I don'ts a computer that I want on your site. Could you source it for me?
Yes! We are glad to be able to source a specific computer if it's a specific model of dell Optiplex or if you want a specific gaming pc, we can get it for you as soon as you contact us we will look and source the computer for you so you can purchase it from us.
